我們的核心承諾：本機優先、零雲端

Netguard 是一款釣魚網址偵測工具。所有網址分析都在你的裝置上離線完成，預設不會將你的網址、瀏覽記錄或分析內容傳送到任何伺服器。

我們蒐集哪些資料

我們不蒐集你的個人資料。 具體而言：

網址分析：你輸入或分享的網址，僅在本機進行啟發式分析（拼字仿冒、外觀偽裝、品牌冒用、可疑字眼等），不上傳。
歷史紀錄：分析歷史儲存在你裝置本機（透過 Apple SwiftData），不會同步或上傳。你可隨時在裝置上刪除。
本機 AI 解讀：若你的裝置支援 Apple Intelligence，白話風險解讀由裝置上的模型（Apple FoundationModels）產生，完全在裝置進行，不上雲。
無追蹤、無廣告、無第三方分析 SDK：我們不嵌入廣告或行為追蹤工具。

訂閱與付款

Netguard Pro 訂閱透過 Apple 的 App Store（StoreKit）處理。你的付款資訊由 Apple 管理，我們不會接觸或儲存你的信用卡或付款細節。 我們僅透過 Apple 提供的機制得知你目前是否具有有效訂閱，用以解鎖 Pro 功能。

（未來）雲端威脅情報 — 需你主動開啟

未來版本將提供「雲端威脅情報」加值功能。此功能預設關閉，需你主動開啟（opt-in）。一旦開啟：

送往我們後端代理的是網域的雜湊值（SHA-256）與必要查詢參數，不是你的完整網址，也不是瀏覽記錄。
後端代理僅用於向第三方威脅情報來源（如 VirusTotal、URLhaus、憑證透明度、網域註冊資料）查詢並彙整結果。
你可隨時關閉。

截至本文件版本，此雲端功能尚未上線；目前所有分析皆為本機離線。

資料保留

本機歷史紀錄保留在你的裝置，由你掌控與刪除。我們的伺服器（若雲端功能啟用）不保留可識別你個人的查詢內容（僅處理網域雜湊）。

兒童隱私

Netguard 並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們不會在知情下蒐集兒童的個人資料。

你的權利

由於我們預設不蒐集個人資料，多數情況下沒有可供存取或刪除的伺服器端個人資料。本機資料由你直接於裝置上掌控。

政策變更

本政策若有更新，將於本頁公告並更新「最後更新」日期；重大變更會在 app 內適當提示。

Netguard Privacy Policy

Our core commitment: on-device first, zero cloud

Netguard is a phishing-URL detection tool. All URL analysis is performed offline on your device. By default, we do not send your URLs, browsing history, or analysis content to any server.

What we collect

We do not collect your personal data. Specifically:

URL analysis: URLs you enter or share are analyzed heuristically on-device only (typosquatting, visual spoofing, brand impersonation, suspicious wording). They are not uploaded.
History: analysis history is stored locally on your device (via Apple SwiftData). It is not synced or uploaded. You can delete it anytime.
On-device AI explanation: if your device supports Apple Intelligence, the plain-language risk explanation is generated by an on-device model (Apple FoundationModels), entirely on-device, never sent to the cloud.
No tracking, no ads, no third-party analytics SDKs.

Subscriptions and payments

Netguard Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Your payment information is managed by Apple; we never access or store your card or payment details. We only learn, via Apple-provided mechanisms, whether you currently hold an active subscription, in order to unlock Pro features.

(Future) Cloud threat intelligence — opt-in

A future version may offer an optional "cloud threat intelligence" feature. It is off by default and requires you to opt in. When enabled:

What is sent to our backend proxy is a hash of the domain (SHA-256) and necessary query parameters, not your full URL and not your browsing history.
The backend proxy is used only to query and aggregate results from third-party threat-intelligence sources (e.g. VirusTotal, URLhaus, Certificate Transparency, domain registration data).
You can turn it off anytime.

As of this version, the cloud feature is not yet live; all analysis is currently on-device and offline.

Data retention

Local history stays on your device, under your control to keep or delete. Our servers (if the cloud feature is enabled) do not retain personally identifiable query content (only domain hashes are processed).

Children's privacy

Netguard is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data by default, in most cases there is no server-side personal data to access or delete. Local data is controlled directly by you on your device.

Changes to this policy

If this policy is updated, we will post it on this page and update the "Last updated" date; significant changes will be indicated appropriately in the app.
